What distinguishes this place
A set of seven parks
The file cites Banff, Jasper, Kootenay and Yoho, as well as the provincial parks of Mount Robson, Mount Assiniboine and Hamber. The classification concerns a whole, not a single lake photographed.
Landscapes and geological heritage
Summits, glaciers, lakes, waterfalls and canyons are part of its natural value. Burgess Shale's fossil deposit is also mentioned for its fossils of soft-bodied marine animals.

Selecting bases and accesses
Trace the steps and routes between accommodation before adding the excursions. Check the restrictions, reservations or shuttles required for each area. The presence of a place on a map does not guarantee free car access at any time.

To be confirmed before booking
- Control road and trail openings
- Check reservations, shuttles and parking
- Observe wildlife observation instructions
Search the current manager from the links in the official folder. Confirm schedules, rates, access and possible closures; these evolutionary elements are not presented here as guarantees.
