How the calculation works
Total off-reserve = transport + (nights × accommodation) + (days × travellers × meals) + local transport + activities + fees. The total with reserve adds the amount you choose. The per capita share is an equal indicative share; it does not distinguish adults and children.
The currency is used to display the amounts; this tool does not convert currencies and does not offer any market prices. Convert your quotes to the same rate before entering them. Avoid counting twice a meal, transfer or tax already included in a package.
The surety of a car can immobilize a sum without constituting an expense. Plan this ability to pay separately from the budget consumed.
