Data collected and use
When you contact us, your email address, contact information and message content are used to respond to your request, process a report or review a proposal. This treatment is based on our legitimate interest in following up on the exchange of the site or, where your request concerns a contract, on the measures necessary for its preparation or execution. The information is voluntary; a response address and the elements useful to your request are necessary to answer you.
The technical logs of the server may contain the IP address, the dates and times of access, the requested pages and the information about the browser. They are used for the operation, safety and prevention of abuse, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Azatour does not offer a user account and does not process any payment or booking folder.
Travel research and tools
Searching in the contents transmits the words entered to the server to find the Azatour pages. With JavaScript, suggestions transmit the input from two characters. Searches, filters and results pages are included in the URL and may appear in the browser history or technical logs. The time-use calculator also uses the numbers in the URL, without saving in a database. N-enter no personal data in these tools.
The suggestions from cities and airports transmit the entry, from two characters, to the Azatour server which questions the search services of Monde du Voyage. When you click on "Search", the selected locations, dates and the number of adults applicable are transmitted to the Monde du Voyage comparison. Azatour does not store them in a database. Requests for suggestions and destinations in a URL can be found in technical journals. The processing of the Monde du Voyage is covered by its privacy policy.
The budget calculator amounts and checklist boxes are processed in your browser, without account or registration on the server. These tools do not use any persistent storage. Downloading the summary creates a file on your device; printing and saving PDF depend on the browser. A page reload resets the tools.
The comparison of two quotes is calculated on the server from the amounts given. These amounts are shown in the result URL, browser history and potentially in the technical logs. No booking data or identity is requested. Only share this URL if you want to share the amounts.
Cookies and advertising Google AdSense
Azatour uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners can use cookies or other identifiers to broadcast ads, measure their performance and limit abuse. The information concerned may include IP address, device type, browser and interactions with ads. Depending on the authorizations given, the advertisement can be customized from your browsing on this site or on other sites.
Advertising and consent-based tracers require your prior consent. When you are presented with a message of advertising consent, its controls allow you to accept, refuse or change your choices. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The refusal of optional tracers does not call into question access to editorial content.
Consult Google's use of partner site data, the Google Privacy Policy and My Google advertising preferences. The browser settings also allow for the deletion or limitation of cookies; they do not replace the choice of consent on the site.
To which and transfers
Data relevant to the follow-up of messages shall be accessible to the owner and technical hosting and courier service providers, to the extent necessary for their missions. We do not sell the information received in your messages. Advertising services process data on their own terms and the applicable consent choices.
Some providers, such as Google, can process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies specify the locations and guarantees for such transfers according to the mechanisms provided for in the regulations.
Conservation and security
Messages are kept for the duration of processing and follow-up of the application. Technical logs shall be kept for the duration necessary for the operation and safety of the service. Some information may be retained longer to satisfy a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a right. The duration of advertising cookies are specified by the relevant services in their privacy and consent information.
Technical and organisational measures are aimed at limiting access to data and protecting their confidentiality. Avoid sending a password, a full credit card number or a full copy of ID by e-mail.
Your rights
Under the conditions provided for in the regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, opposition and portability. You can withdraw consent at any time, without questioning the treatments you have previously performed, and set guidelines for your data after your death.
Please send your request to contact@azatour.com specifying the right concerned. A proportionate identity check may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt. A response is provided within the statutory deadlines, in principle within one month. You can file a claim with the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms (CNIL).
External services and updates
After an external site is opened by a link or ad, its privacy policy applies. Consult it before creating an account, paying or transmitting information. This policy can be updated to reflect the evolution of the site and the applicable rules.
