From place to decision

Choose a heritage visit and prepare for its stage

An ancient city, temple, forest or place of memory do not organize in the same way. Choose a documented step, then open the guide to prepare accesses, travels and discovery times.

What do you want to understand during the trip?

The selection brings together 150 stages, with a specific proposal for each destination. It does not classify places by quality and does not constitute an inventory of all UNESCO property. The organizational proposals are editorial; no tickets or availability are guaranteed here.

Moving from a place to a realistic program

  1. Identify the area or components actually visited: a serial property may cover remote locations.
  2. Choose between a tour and a new base, including travel, luggage, installation and return.
  3. Make available spaces, services, supervision and conditions of postponement.
  4. Reserve time to understand the place and respect its uses, instead of counting only stops.

The time-consuming calculator helps to check the place of this stage in the stay. The Heritage records with credited photographs a selection of places; Destination comparison puts country benchmarks in perspective.

The benchmarks are documented by the UNESCO DataHub Official Reference and, for other topics, institutional sources or site managers. Sources consulted on October 10, 2026, with a specific link in each guide. The organizational proposals are written by Azatour to help build your journey.
